PHOTOS: Reactions Trail GEJ's NEDG Presidential Debate

Earlier today, President Goodluck Jonathan participated in the Presidential Debate organised by the Nigeria Elections Debate Group (NEDG).

The debate, just like 2011, had the absence of the All Progressives Congress’ presidential candidate, Rtd. Gen. Muhammad Buhari. However, president Jonathan who was obviously proud of himself at the NEDG debate took to his Facebook page to say, ‘I am convinced that any one who desires to lead Nigerians must
first be prepared to address issues raised by Nigerians. I also believe we must encourage a culture of debate and conversation to grow our democracy. GEJ.’ See his Facebook post below:

Trust Nigerians to react to the fact that General Buhari was absent at the debate and also to make their opinions known concerning all the president said…..

Ovation Magazine boss, Dele Momodu, who is an avid supporter of the APC praised the general for not attending.
