Proverbs 17:7 We don't expect eloquence from fools, nor do we expect lies from our leaders.

People trust us only to the extent integrity is found in us. Even the devil, until iniquity was found in him, he remained in heaven after Which he was named Father of all liars. In leadership, when followers can't perceive sincerity in words and integrity in actions, there becomes a coarse.

Integrity builds trust and Fosters relationship. We can climb to the top but integrity will keep us to the top, we can make friends with lies but only integrity will keep the friendship.

Father, help me always speak the truth in Love in Jesus name.
