Cards ends on Friday, June 7, 2015 while
Registration ends on Friday, June 14, 2015.

The Direct entry form can be purchased in banks or
JAMB offices across the nation. Usually, Zenith, FCMB,
Union banks are contracted to sell the form.
If any of
the banks in your area do not have, it may be that their
headquarters is yet to supply the branch or that
particular branch will not be engaged by the bank to
sell it.
