Rob and Blac are expecting their first child together

Eric, 49, reportedly told the mag: "He [Rob] is excited about the prospect of a boy. For Angie, the most important thing is that the baby's healthy.

"They've chosen the name but not told anyone what is it. They want to wait until the baby is born."

Eric said the pair are "great" together and dismissed any claims his 28-year-old daughter is using Rob as a "stepping stone".

He said: "It wouldn't surprise me if they went on to have four or more kids. Some people say she's using Rob as a stepping stone. I don't think so. They're great together and they're right together... they love each other and that's all that matters."

Eric said Blac is having plenty of cravings and is "loving steak and ice cream" at the moment, however she's still trying to support Rob in his weight loss.

He added the excited couple "haven't set a date" for their wedding yet, but that Blac is keen to walk down the aisle when she is back to her pre-pregnancy weight.
