7 Signs Your Mom Is Way Too Into Your Business
Queen Helena (Elizabeth Hurley) on The
Royals may be the fictional queen of
England but she's also a mom and never
fails to meddle in her kids' personal lives.
From judging their decisions to giving
them orders, one thing is clear--nothing
gets past the Queen.
But at the end of the day, she's just like
any mom, right? Or is she just a tad too
involved in what her kids are doing?
Perhaps you're one of the lucky few who
has a normal relationship with your mom
and she doesn't get overly involved in
everything that you do. Or maybe you're
not one of the lucky ones and you have a
serious "momager" type of mama!
These are the 7 signs your mom is way too
into your business...
7. She tries to hard to be just like you.
Does your mom go overboard when it
comes to trying to be cool? Now she tries
to take selfies like you, dress like you, and
imitate you in any way possible to the
point of it being creepy.
What is she, your clone? Not cool, Mom!
6. She's overprotective.
When you get in a fight with someone, she
immediately has to get involved and put in
her two cents' worth.
No one talks to her baby that way!
5. She offers her opinion on everything.
Even when you don't ask for her opinion,
your mother always offers up her wisdom
and advice to you because she's
convinced she's making the world (and
your life) a better place.
4. She tries to hang with your friends.
It's one thing when your friends like your
mom but it's another when your mom
tries to be one of the girls!
It's too much and you can see through
her act. You know she's just trying to
relive her youth, not to mention spy on
you...
3. She's your biggest fan on social media.
You used to get excited when you'd log
onto Facebook but not anymore because
your mom goes crazy on there and likes
every single status that you post!
Then she has to comment, tag you in
photos and poke you as well, which has
caused you to seriously consider blocking
her on there.
2. She's constantly worried about you.
Even if you're just going out for an hour,
your mom always wants you to check in
with her. If you don't come home when
you say you will, you'll have a thousand
missed calls and texts from her.
She might even show up where you are,
just to be safe...
1. She smothers you.
Even though you're not a little kid
anymore, your mom is constantly treating
you like one and that includes the
constant displays of Mom PDA.
You can't blame her entirely, however,
because you'll always be her baby!
